FUN Technologies Inc. Shareholders Approve Arrangement with Liberty Media Corporation

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 19, 2007) - FUN Technologies Inc. ("FUN")(TSX:FUN)(AIM:FUN) today announced that the shareholders of FUN have overwhelmingly approved the previously announced arrangement (the "Arrangement") under which Liberty Genius, Inc. ("Genius"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty Media Corporation ("Liberty"), will acquire all of FUN's issued and outstanding common shares for a cash payment of GBP 1.75 per common share (or the Canadian dollar equivalent, as applicable), without interest. The Arrangement was approved by approximately 99.95% of the votes cast by shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at FUN's special meeting and by approximately 99.89% of the votes cast by minority shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at FUN's special meeting.

The closing of the transaction is subject to final court approval as well as the satisfaction or waiver of other conditions specified in the arrangement agreement among FUN, Genius and Liberty. FUN will seek final court approval from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on Thursday, December 20, 2007. If court approval is obtained and the other conditions to closing are satisfied or waived, the Arrangement is currently expected to be completed on Friday, December 21, 2007.
