NovAtel Inc. Voluntarily Delists from the Nasdaq Global Select Market

(NASDAQ:NGPS) has voluntarily delisted from the Nasdaq Global Select Market effective today as a result of the completion of the compulsory acquisition of NovAtel's remaining outstanding common shares by Hexagon Canada Acquisition Inc., a wholly-owned direct subsidiary of Hexagon AB (OMX:HEXAB).
